    85-Inch TV Mounting: Three Recent Newcastle Projects

    Handyman MultiFix completed three recent TV installation projects in Newcastle upon Tyne. The largest was an 85-inch TV mounting project. The other two involved fitting a TV to a wallpapered wall and routing visible cables through white trunking for a tidier finish. We planned each installation around the available wall space and the layout of the room.

    This project involved mounting a large and heavy 85-inch TV in a Newcastle home. Before fitting the TV, we measured the available wall space carefully and marked the position for the mounting bracket.

    Once we had fitted and checked the bracket, we carefully lifted the TV into position. We then checked its height and alignment against the wall and the surrounding furniture. The finished photograph shows the TV securely positioned with an even, balanced appearance.

    This Newcastle project involved mounting a TV on a wallpapered wall using a fixed bracket. Before starting, we checked the available space, the position of the sockets and the agreed height for the screen.

    We carefully marked the bracket position before fitting it, which helped us place the TV neatly without unnecessary disturbance to the surrounding wallpaper. The before-and-after photographs show the wall before work began and the TV in its finished position.

    TV Installation with White Cable Trunking

    This Newcastle project included wall mounting the TV and tidying the visible cable route. After mounting the TV, we placed the cables inside white surface-mounted trunking and ran it neatly down the wall.

    The trunking kept the cables together and provided a cleaner finish without concealing them inside the wall. The completed photograph shows the installed television and the white trunking running down the wall.
